Flexible and Interactive Learning

The online learning environment has been carefully devised to facilitate an interactive and flexible student experience. At the University of Melbourne, you will have access to the best minds and a dynamic peer group. Throughout the course, you will be able to engage closely with fellow online students and share your knowledge with each other.

Additionally, the course features an intensive 10-day face-to-face program, led by specialists in their field. You'll have the opportunity to put theory into practice via a series of simulation activities testing your ability to respond to crisis situations, including mass casualty active shooter simulations and hazardous materials training. It is highly recommended students attend campus for these workshops, but they may attend some of the workshops virtually.
