Overview

The Master of Advanced Nursing Practice (Nurse Practitioner) is a two-year part-time program that equips registered nurses with the knowledge and skills to become endorsed nurse practitioners. Coordinated by experienced nurse practitioners, the course focuses on developing the clinical leadership and decision-making abilities required to practice as a nurse practitioner in accordance with the NMBA Nurse Practitioner Standards for Practice.

The MANP (NP) is designed for currently practicing registered nurses who aspire to become endorsed nurse practitioners.

Scholarships

The Primary Care Nursing and Midwifery Scholarship program supports registered nurses and midwives to complete postgraduate study to support working in primary care. Funding has been provided by the Australian Government and the scholarships will be administered by the Australian College of Nurse Practitioners (ACNP).
